​​Welcome to my practice! My name is Samah Kelada. I'm a Registered Nurse (RN), a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC ) through Wellcoaches®, and a Registered Clinical Health Coach (HCA-RCHC) with the Health Coach Alliance. With over two decades of experience as a Clinical Nurse Educator, I’ve worked across diverse healthcare settings—including mental health, geriatrics, community health, and chronic disease management—equipping me with a deep understanding of the challenges individuals and caregivers face in navigating health and well-being.

I hold a Master’s degree in Health Science with a specialization in Healthcare Quality Management, along with multiple post-graduate certificates in wellness coaching, leadership, public health, and health services management. My work is grounded in evidence-based practice, behaviour change science, and adult education principles. I’ve led and participated in wellness research projects to reduce burnout among healthcare workers and improve health literacy for families in long-term care settings.
Through my clinic, I offer one-on-one and group coaching sessions tailored to adults and caregivers living with chronic illnesses, disabilities, or the demands of caregiving. I specialize in empowering clients to improve their physical and emotional health, manage stress, prevent disease, and sustain long-term behavior change. My approach integrates tools like Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) within a compassionate, client-centred framework. I also provide workshops, personalized wellness resources, and referrals to community supports where needed.

As a bilingual practitioner fluent in English and Arabic, I proudly serve a diverse client base and offer culturally sensitive care. I am also certified in Mental Health First Aid and actively involved in community wellness initiatives through volunteer coaching and counselling.
