Quick Breathing Techniques for Stress Relief​​​​

Find a comfortable position: Sit or stand with a relaxed posture.

Inhale (4 seconds): Imagine drawing the top side of the square from left to right.

Hold (4 seconds): Imagine going up the left side to complete the square.

Close your eyes (optional) or focus on an object in front of you.
5.
Hold (4 seconds): Visualize tracing down the right side of the square.
8.
Repeat 4-5 cycles while “drawing” the square with your imagination.

Imagine a square in your mind—like drawing an invisible box. Breathe with the square’s sides

Exhale (4 seconds): Trace the bottom side from right to left.

Use your finger to air-draw the square while breathing—it helps with focus and grounding.
